It was shipped in a very secure container and was flawless. It was a snap to set the TV up and use. No instruction needed and the picture is wonderful.I was pleased with this acquisition. I do believe it was a little expensive being that it was a discontinued model but I wanted this set. The first one ordered was from a seller who indicated that the set was damaged in transit.Im glad I took a chance on another seller / supplier. It makes a difference who you purchase an item from. Electronic Expo is a name I will look for in the future..
